1.	Membership Fee Rs. 500/- only
2.	Payments through DD/ Pay order / Cheques issued in favor of CEE DEE Builders Pvt. Ltd. payable at Bhubaneswar.
3.	All legal disputes are subject to Bhubaneswar Court jurisdiction only.
4. .	At the time of handing over plots, company will demarcate the boundary with 4 stones at corners and additional demarcating stones shall be provided as per requirement/ where ever necessary.
5.	The plot registration will be done in the name of the costumer after full payment.
6.	Stamp duty / Registration Fees and other allied expenses will be borne by the Costumer.
7.	15% extra cost for every corner plot.
8.	The company reserves all rights to accept or reject any application.
9.	90 days prior notice by the customer is mandatory for termination of the agreement.
10.	In case of such termination 30% of the deposited amount will be deducted.
11.	Allotment of plots shall be made on First come First Serve basis.
12. .	The booked plot must be registered with due payment within one month, otherwise the sale / registration of the identified plot can not be assured.
